I cannot write.

What was once a waterfall has been dammed by some unseen force that sends thoughts scattering the moment a page appears. My eyes search for that familiar lightning strike, but nothing rises from the murky depths of my mind.


It feels like standing on an island surrounded by promise—the sky bright with dreams, the sea calling my name. I stand on a chain of linked arms that should lift me, yet iron shackles keep me bound, unable to reach the waters that whisper almost cruelly.


I am full of emotions that refuse to take shape as words.All I can do is wait—for a push from behind,for release,for the plunge into the ocean waiting inside my mind.
