and a new project (launching soon)
I manage five independent ventures spanning performing arts, visual design, and editorial media — the through-line is the same: conceiving, building, and operating organizations from scratch. Each organization has been conceived, launched, and run without institutional backing thus far. The work is as much strategic as it is creative — financial systems, production management, brand development, community partnerships, and programming, built and maintained by a single (or dual) operator across multiple active platforms simultaneously.
